Arrowboard Ideas

1. Mystery Sister of the Week at chapter for other members to try and guess to get to know one another better
2. Birthday month cupcakes for those with birthdays that month
3. Pi Phi Mail--notes in member's mail that expresses appreciation for their membership contributions
4. Pi Phi of the Month at chapter to help members get to know one another
5. Leadership sister of the month - recognizes a sister for her leadership
6. Values sister of the month - recognizes a sister for her values
7. Hearts – Make a heartboard where sisters can leave notes (in the shape of a heart) for others; just a way to encourage each other
8. Make birthday cards and decorate the door for girls on their birthdays.
9. Heart Sisters - every active will during one week of the New Member Education Program get to know one of the new members...take her out to dinner, coffee, make a run to the mall or such...just get to know the new member better than just her name; it has can also be done between active sisters in the chapter as well when there are no new NMs.
10. During Recruitment: Help prepare food for active members, making art decorations, and help keep the overall moral of the chapter happy and full of spirit (cheers, singing, etc.)
