Your first NMC meeting...What the VPF should cover

Did you know that the VPF should be coming to the first NM meeting? If not, you should get those program guides out and start reading up because there are a few other officers that need to be there also!
Our Regional Finance Specialist was nice enough to write a few talking points that she sent to the VPFs earlier in the week. I wanted to send these out again so NMCs can make sure ALL of these points are covered during the first meeting.

New Member Meeting
Schedule NOW to be on the 1st meeting agenda with New Members.
You need to discuss Financial Obligations, our GreekBill system and benefits
Also discuss the two tier payment plan set up for NMs and the need to pay all invoices PRIOR to pre-initiation week. Mandatory :-)

As NMC it is an important part of your job to make sure the NMs are educated.
