AR Alpha VPMD Intro

Hi! My name is Erin Ridgeway and I am a sophomore at the University of Arkansas. I am currently the Vice President of Member Development for the Arkansas Alpha chapter of Pi Beta Phi. I am so proud to be a member of this Balfour-winning chapter! I really enjoy my officer position because I realize the importance of academics, and I love planning the Leading With Values programs! Here at the University, I am majoring in International Relations and minoring in European Studies, African Studies, and International Business. I also am very active in the U of A chapter of Schools for Schools, an organization that raises money to rebuild schools in Northern Uganda. I look forward to sharing ideas and suggestions through this blog!
