NMC Ideas from August

Ok, so we didn't have too many ideas from our NMCs but I am going to think that is because most of you had just received your NMs. I am looking forwarding to reading all about your programs this month!

-The NMs watched a movie on the front lawn of the Pi Phi House with all members as their first Sisterhood event

-The day after Bid Day we had an ice cream social at the Pi Phi house with the sophomore class and new members

-The first two weeks of the new member programming has been such a success. We love the “new” new member guide. We have found ways to make it fun. For example in week one, when going over the values we asked girls to think of celebrities that live the core values and those that don’t. Unfortunately we had more names of girls who didn’t live the core values. On week 2 the founders were presented. Initiated members in the chapter dressed up as the “college version” of the founders. It was a great way to have fun with the new members, get to know some of the chapter, as well as present the information.

-For Bid Day NM and Initiated members played Bunko and ate Barbeque
